How can you apply iron-on labels to clothing?

If you iron our labels in the correct way, they will stay put wash after wash and generally withstand 200 washes. A flat surface, the heat of the iron, pressure on the iron and the duration of ironing are all important for a good result. The iron-on labels remain in the wash up to 60 degrees, but despite our good quality we recommend not to add a stain remover to the detergent as there is a chance the labels will come off. Follow the next step-by-step plan for ironing on the clothing labels:

  1. Set the iron to the highest setting and do not use steam. Allow the iron to heat up well. If your iron doesn't get hot enough? As an alternative, use a hair straightener.
  2. Place the label in the correct place and cover it with baking paper or an ironing cloth (be careful with synthetic materials).
  3. Iron the label for 30 - 60 seconds while applying pressure with the tip of the iron (the glue has to melt).
  4. Note: the label can be very hot after ironing.
