Return policy
At Easy2name, we do our utmost to process every order with care and attention. Of course, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! As many of our products are made especially for you, we explain below how we handle returns.

Personalised products
Our products are lovingly personalised just for you. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot simply take them back or exchange them, unless a mistake has been made on our side. Still not happy with the end result? Please let us know! We will be happy to look for a suitable solution together.

Accidentally ordered something wrong?
We understand that it is easy to make a mistake. Please check your order carefully before placing it. Did you accidentally choose a wrong name, colour or size? Then unfortunately we cannot adjust or take back the product. But feel free to contact us, we are happy to discuss a solution with you!

Is something wrong with your order?
That, of course, is not the intention! If your order differs from the order confirmation or there is an error in the product, we are happy to solve this for you. Send us a message and, if possible, a photo of the product. We will help you get this sorted ASAP.

Of course, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, then send us an e-mail at customerservice@easy2name.com, with your order number and a brief explanation of your complaint.

Have you ordered an unprinted product and would like to return it? No problem! Just let us know and we will help you.
